Do we discount China in this political minefield and does POET move back to safer and more stable shores of North America?

Do they made a new and larger deal with the Malasyian government entity Silterra? 

I mean, the laser connection was important back when the focus was on GaAs, but that no longer holds, so Denselight has become an uselful, but expendable, strategic tool in the intriguing roadmap of Suresh's mind.
