POET anticipates completing the negotiation of all the agreements on or before June 30, 2019, after which POET will seek approval by its shareholders, either in connection with its Annual General Meeting or by Special Meeting to be properly noticed.

Remember that the funding for the current work is expected to be received over the time period in which those product level prototypes are completed and that commercial orders are expect to be received after the completion. I think that the June 30 date co-ordinates with those projects. I would expect completion to occur across that time period and as we know they are already talking about preparing for qualification. You can’t qualify something that is not built yet. In other words I think they are probably progressing ahead of schedule which has probably resulted in the DL buyer coming to the table at an early stage.

I think they have the timing thing figured out Rick to avoid any dilutive raise. Does not mean it will all come together in time but I think there is a level of confidence that it will. And if not well I guess there could still be a need for a small raise or a small debt financing ahead of the agreements being signed.
