We have been told that POET retains all IP associated with the Optical Interposer. The active devices that have been built to integrate into the Optical Interposer are POET IP. Those are the devices that are highly differentiated. DenseLight I think could be regarded as a contract manufacture who is motivated by the amount of business that will be driven by the POET Optical Interposer growth as new applications are rolled out. They see the ramp that is expected to take place as a result of the benifits the platform provides and they want to invest in it so that they can capture as much of this growth as possible at an early stage.
They could also be a customer who is motivated to lower their cost of the finished product by using the active devices as an offset.
