Interesting theory IAS, but that throws the whole “legacy” idea for Suresh right out the window.

The ex-GF staff continue to pour into DL, and other than wake’s explanation whereby they were put out of work by the GF closure there, it sure seems coincidental, at least.

If the first right if refusal is in the LOI, then I would suppose we will be voting on a buyout by AGM?
