Yep, that's the one that stuck for me when I posted a similar question on Tuesday. That paragraph doesn't make much sense. Is the well funded "partner" the buyer, or is there a Company A that's the "buyer" and a company B that is the deep pocket "partner".

If that's the scenerio, is the partner a friend of buyer, "company A" or is partner a friend of POET, now "company C"?

SO...are these weasal words written to muddy the water and confuse us...OR...maybe the writer at IR has English as a second language.....
