I agree Mr. Cat. The 10,000,000 shares arent sitting in a cardboard box awaiting a new owner. But the new owner still has skin in the game as they will have to pay $30-$40 million to purchase a company that is tied to Poets apron strings, as Poet is tied to theirs.
