I think that answer is no. I don't think they would have a problem securing a loan against the facility. And I actually think they will hold onto the loan even after the sale and hopefully add to the cash by getting the warrants into the money. I believe their plans of expanding capacity will be based on the amount of money they will ultimately raise by all non-dilutive activities.
Recall that Suresh talked about their customer’s potential putting more skin in the game. Maybe that will happen as well. I think they are going to be in attack mode to get as much capacity as they can activated in the shortest time frame they can. This would in effect produce an output that can be characterised as a hockey stick.
