Now being cashed up makes more sense to me. I can't be the only one having difficulty understanding how this will work. I'm like the kid in class that asks the question that half the other class wants to know too, but they are too embarrassed to ask. I'm not afraid to ask (or put out my concerns).  After all, it's my money riding on this.  Thanks for the help.
