Re read it. Okay, so this deal is starting to make sense, because it IS structured to generate a stream of revenue for poet based on future sales with DL. And the IP is protected because we provide the equipment and/or do a certain piece of it outside of DL?  It is hard to wrap my brain around how you can sell a whole company with employees, fab, and still protect the IP, and maintain a core piece (the IP) and still be compensated; but you are saying that Poet has indeed set up a deal where this is happening?
