Also, a clarification, when I talk about DL getting our IP, I am referring to the IP within the product that DL developed (not the whole of Poets IP) which I know Poet is retaining.  Clarifications about how they are separating that out are helpful.  There is nothing that will make me happier than a win, win, win, situation.  I vowed along time ago to see this through!
