Kath, the only way to get to where you want to be is to ask directions! Your questions are all valid ones.

My simple answer to the revenue after sale goes like this. Denselight will continue to manufacture the products they do now and new ones down the line. Some or all of the products will be enhanced with POET in it. They will have to pay a royalty for using it because either we still own what they make there or we make it somewhere else and sell it to them. So whatever the Denselight product sells for, we get a percentage of the sale, or they pay a renewable license fee every year or they buy stuff from us. Either way, it is money coming to POET for sales out of Denselight.
