Yes, we’ve all seen billions in taxpayer money blown up for a variety of adventures, and I suppose there is the bigger picture to contemplate for bureaucrats, tax revenues down the road.... seems a bit, well, extravagant to throw money you don’t really have at problems that don’t exist. That said, I believe the team works out of Ottawa U so instantaneously there is government money at work there...
