We need only to think of Samsung, market leading $75 billion USD exporting data and telecom products, LG, world leader in IOT (internet of things) and AI (artificial intelligence) and the South Korean government ( a friend nation to the US) that will spend $17 billion USD this year on semiconductor R&D and testing.
