Hard to say. Have shorts covered or  have they actually increased last week with the run-up. They play the odds and were probably selling just like  Jack  the bear. The odds are that runups are not sustainable but this one could  last a while. So I  expect the short will increase.

But regardless I do  agree that ultimately the direction of  the stock  will be determined by the success of the company. And I  think what we are seeing more clearly than at any time during POET's history is good indications that a path for high volume commercial production is being prepared.
