My point, Morning Star, was only to show the link between the geographical proximity of Millview's office in Changchun to Changchun University of Science and Technology along with the emphasis at the university regarding Optical Engineering.  It seems entirely possible that the academic emphasis locally into Optical Engineering might have something to do with Millview and vice versa. Pure speculation on my part, admitidly.         I leave the political speculation up to you.
