You've pulled your punch significantly, Shash, TM attempted to give very "meaningful" guidance (and plenty of it) re finances in the recent CC, problem was, the word you supressed was "credible."  Since to some (ie, potential investors or repeat investors) it was incredible (but great if accurate), he actually  has to show a non-dilutive deal - would make me feel a lot better about POET.
