Just thinking about the term I  used 'fabless model". That is not accurate. POET uses the term fab-light (pun intended) because they install their own equipment into the fabs and would no  doubt have their own staff operate and maintain that equipment as a means to both keeping costs down and to keep the recipe/process loaded into  the machines a secret.
