I believe that selling DenseLight and the move to Fab-Light was required to accelerate the commercial process.

Forgive me for asking this even if the answer is obvious... But in the long-term for the acquirer, what could the value of Denselight continue to be if Denselight was no longer tied in some important way to POET? I understand that buying it now may put them in the pole position for receipt of the interposer, but what of future POET product? how far into the future for the acquirer will the benefit of buying DL extend? or, is the purchase basically a loss-leader, a loss which will be more than compensated by being first to deploy the interposer?
