Given what Mika indicated in the cc, this deal is no better than okay.  Without him touting non-dilutive, I would say it's a pretty fair deal given our circumstances.  I would not say this is close to non-dilutive, but again, it's okay and I'm happy we have this deal.  Bottom line, of course, our tech stuff has to be the bomb!

I like the fact our guys are involved in the first tranche, nice optics, but it's not all that much money (what, around $900,000 total), but a lot better than zero dollars from such folk!

The interest rates are fierce, but that has to be expected - we don't make any money!!!
