Now that the pricing is set below market which is mandatory I believe the share price can move to whatever market demand dictates. 

I think those debentures will likely be held to maturity unless the company is sold. Why wouldn't you? They can't be converted until Nov and then there is a 4 month hold period. They are not going to influence the share price until they are converted/exercised. Significant news will dictate the share price and that my friends I think is not that far into the future.

ie once we are advised of the details around the sale that we are voting on.
