Not entirely wrong. Note: My understanding was that the government did not want Microsoft to have a monopoly in the I.T. industry as it was not good for competition/innovation within the industry, so in order to save Apple, cash from Microsoft rather than taxpayers dollars was used to keep competition in the I.T. industry alive. I forgot about that and when you posted what you just did, I recalled the situation. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and I appreciate your post. So, it turns out to be brilliant as Apple got to maintain control of its destiny. I wonder if Microsoft benefitted to by improving their own user-interface, I wonder?
