Why did insiders jump in so heavily on the first tranche instead of spreading out their purchases over several.....i think they wanted in sooner than later...and they should be the people in the know.Remember that these convertables are not SECURED so if Poet does not succeed i believe they lose their money just like us common shareholders....IMO
