I doubt that 23000 shares, which was 5% of the shares traded today on the Venture exchange had much impact on the SP. Too bad they had to sell, although with such a tax bill I imagine they either made some capital gains in which case they should have some money, or did not plan well with other income, but not my concern or business. It does not really matter, you are intitled yo your opinion. Let's let this rest.
