Shash, having received the documents from IBK for the convertible debentures, I can’t confirm from those documents, that these are the minimum requirements that are set out in those documents.

The KYC document is a questionnaire that needs to be completed, but it doesn’t lay out that the maximums mentioned are the only to qualify for the debenture.

I (no native speaker), do not see anywhere in the subscription documents the 1) - 3) requirements mentioned by you.

However, if you want to be part of a potential 2nd tranche, you’d better be quick!
