ITTR, I sent a mail during Easter and got response within very short time.

Got all the documents even during the holidays / weekend. Have never participated before. However, since I don’t qualify by the Canadian Rules I couldn’t participate this time again.

Nevertheless, I got offered many help through the process, even if I didn’t ask for, and response always followed very quickly.
