No that is not what I said. The funding to qualify for the July 1 withdrawl requires money in the bank. Whether they need it and how it gets there (ie warrants in the money, customer participation)  are questions that we do not know the answer to.

My exact words were: If there is another tranche to gain access to the balance of the bridge loan it might be at a later date to be timed for the July 1 withdrawal
