I would think  that there will be more NRE for  design-ins along with additional  capacity to  build those products. Then the hockey stick. 

As per this  mornings NR:

Any subsequent tranches to be completed will be subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

In other words future pricing will be determined by market conditions. Any news issued over the next weeks will hopefully move the price higher and establish a higher debenture price. I  also  beleive that would also  create a market ofor the debentures beyond the current shareholders.
