From time to time, the term "inflection point" has been used/misused here when discussing the company.

We are now moving rapidly toward, to my mind, that point in the company's history when the term "inflection point" will truly apply. Some will argue that the decision to transition away from GaAS to InP was the critical point, in terms of inflection, with good reason, but it lacked a market response. The general health of the company, the financial status, share price and future prospects for the company are all necessary factors and measurable indicators that should be considered when analysing when the corner is turned.

As shareholders, the true "inflection point" will occur when the purchaser of Denselight is announced, the terms of the agreement are revealed and ingested, the names of customers announced and the subsequent market, industry and institutional response that will follow. 

As FJ has said, the next few months should be very interesting!
