Well, the address may be verifiable, but look at the company info. It was incorporated 2 days ago and is registered as a "local company". In south east Asia, this is how IP and funding begins to be bled off, by pretending to be someone else and other companies not checking closely enough. I have contacted POET's legal, in case they missed this.
