Okay, seeing as everybody is crystal ball gazing this AM, perhaps not TSMC directly, but how about SSMC? they are a private subsidary of TSMC, along with NXP Semiconductors and are located (wait for it) in Signapore! There is also a direct connection between SSMC, Denselight and the Singapore EDB.
