Overall most of your posts project doubt, so many here are skeptical towards you sparta. If someone feels they have enough shares or "options" to buy more shares cheap and they might need some money now (interest free), then they can afford to sell some Poet shares. It also could be him rearranging his investment strategy in Poet, like participating in a debenture or just options-related as already outlined here by other posters. That would indicate a good thing. You might intimate that where there is smoke there is fire, but maybe that fire is barbequing Texas-sized steaks for him and his family. I don't think your post has much merit and it comes across as soft-bashing to create concern. Also, posters have intimated that the approximate $100,000 raised from the sale of his shares could go towards debentures (minimum $100,000) for part of a tranche, I believe?
