The stock price, while not rocketing has enjoyed about a 25% runup since mid-April. I expected a modest run up from the time the concept of the DL sale was disclosed, until a point pretty close to disclosure of the buyer or other market moving news.
Well, we are now at (or past) the time for action, I think. So I desperately want to see some volume and price action befitting the anticipation. If we don't get much, then I have to lean to the side that the news we get will not be the news for which we hoped. For example, no deal, or a highly conditioned one, and/or disclosure that a few bugs are still being worked out by some of the companies doing testing on the IO. It is difficult for me to imagine a home run of an NR without some prior and relatively dramatic market activity.
I'm not saying we can't hear great news without advance positive action in the market, but I think it reduces the likelihood of it. I've long been skeptical of secrets staying secrets under these circumstances - from experience over the years, nothing more.
Good luck to us!
