If the company goes south will the money of people you bought into the Tranches be guaranteed? or are they in the same position as the common stock holders? Does anyone know?

By the way the speculation on this board has become nauseating. Let the company do what they are supposed to do and hopefully; make everyone some money.

In the mean time let's wait with some patience and prudence.
