Rick, the deal likely has been signed at this point, but closing was not anticipated before September. No money is likely changing hands yet, although it's almost a foregone conclusion that the interested party has spent many, many hours and much money to get to a point of being comfortable just signing the deal.
If the deal contains realistic condtions to be satisfied for closing to occur, and the buyer is a fairly well known and heeled entity, then I, too, would expect some price appreciation. The further POET is in terms of customer qualification of the IO, and if that news is released as well, the more appreciation we will enjoy between now and closing.
