when you sell the busines you can sell it as a goign concern - in this case Denselight was an independant business as a subsiduary of POET and had all its own legal agreements in place and share structure.  You will recall that when POET bought Denselight, it bought all the shares of Denselight.  It is now selling the shares - there is no difference and nothing to be upset about.
