I think it's quite topical, PP, and here's why I think a low number is the right number "within a month of the announcement."  The deal won't even close for over a month after the meeting, much less the announcement of who the buyer is.  I agree, though, that the right buyer and we could see a nice run leading up to closing, qualifiication news and orders.
