Wake, I too saw that admission.

The company, with those few words, has clearly stated that the OI platform has not been qualified or fully developed yet, and, at present, no one  has developed a product based on the OI platform. The company goes on to say they will use funds to manufacture products they "expect" to receive orders for, after the closing, not that they will be filling existing orders. I'm not heaing "it's all good and people are buying" anywhere in this.
