TSXV's POET Technologies Agrees to Sell Singapore Unit DenseLight for $37.2 Mln

08:44 AM EDT, 08/21/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Chip maker POET Technologies (PTK.V) said late Tuesday that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Singapore-based subsidiary DenseLight Semiconductors to DenseLight Semiconductor Technology (Shanghai), a special purpose company recently organized by China Prosper Group on behalf of investors, for US$28 million ($37.2 million).

The deal also includes supply and strategic cooperation agreements with POET Technologies, the terms of which were not given.
