Chappy are you not interested in how this  consortium came about? How did they even find out about the OI. You simply don't invest $100(s) million without knowing that there is  a demand to  be filled and who  the customers driving this  are. 

Think about it for more than a minute. Do  you think it  would even be possible for one of the Chinese tech giants to do  this  deal. They are laying low. There is  a stratagy here to supply the Chinese market. We did not  talk about how it would happen at the deb meetings just that it was being dealt with.
