Nice explanation Babaoriley! The one stumbling block for now is the lack of trade volume. It is uncertain what one would get if trying to sell off a large volume of shares from the CD. Until there is news that creates some share sales volume i doubt that we will see any amount of conversion. Also, the first couple of tranches are open for conversion as of now.
