Who plans to attend the AGM?

Please advise if you expect to attend the AGM and the gathering afterwards. I am looking at venues nearby and need to get some numbers so please advise whether you plan to attend the AGM and if you plan to attend the get together afterwards so I can reserve the space at one of the local pubs.

The meeting will be held at 10 a.m. ET at Vantage Venues, 150 King St. W, 27th floor, Toronto, Ont., on Friday, Sept. 20, 2019. Representatives of the buyer of DenseLight intend to be present at the meeting.
