Nice post, pretty upbeat overall, I'd say, I really like the stuff about Suresh having a backup plan or two and doing a similar deal in NA or Europe.   If we do close and then do a similar deal, I'd bet we blow right past our overhang.  If there's one thing we can be pretty sure of, it's that the long time market movers on this stock (aka, the posters and readers of this board), are not going to be big sellers if good news starts rolling in, maybe a few shares, but not big sellers.  So, with new money becoming interested (imagine how much of that is out there), and current money holding fairly tight, the direction is "up" (it always goes to the right).
