Some questions I would like asked:

1. What does the Shelton group provide of value to POET for the money they get paid?

2. Is it within any agreements currently in force that progress on the OI cannot be discussed? 

3. If not, what constitutes a reportable milestone for an update on the OI?

4. After the OI is released and orders start flowing in, will POET remain as uncommunicative about products and prospects going forward, or will the commercialization of the OI lift the Cone of Silence over POET and allow the Company greater latitude in more frequently discussing the progress of what it is developing?

5. Does POET currently have ANY champions in the trade press ready to write clearly about what you are doing for a wider audience? Has Shelton at least prepared you for that possibility?
