The company has been quoted as saying they are working with a customer on an application using up to 16 lanes.  One can do the math for various configurations using 8 or 16 lanes:

16 X 25 = 400 Gbps

8 X 50 = 400Gbps

16 X 50 = 800 Gbps

16 X 100 = 1.6 Tbps

Fairchi: "On the tech side consider that they are working with an unnamed company for up to 16 lanes. They are optimizing the interposer not just for 100G but for a one size fits all platform. I believe that if they are going to work with 16 lanes and are not constrained by frequency then they are working with that company on terabit level applications."
