MS, the holdback will likely be at least 80% of the purchase price. We won’t find out till the circular is circulated (as a good circular should) in late October.  Tomorrow, the word will be that it is still being negotiated.  

Not sure how much burn the buyers will be picking up over the last quarter, and that’s a positive, assuming they actually do pay it.  To me it’s all about the readiness or lack thereof of the OI.  And it has been all about that since February
