As i understand it.

Poet got Denselight for shares,what did Denselight owners see in Poet to give up their company for stock in an unknown?

 Insiders bought in to the first tranch debentures

 Stock options were set out early this year.

 Poet was approached by Buyer to purchase Denselight ,they did not go looking to sell.

 Why agree to sell Denselight , unless they were done develloping and new that the OI worked well.

These are the positives i hang on to and makes me keep my shares.....
