Why does it seem only one tier 1 company is onboard??

Perhaps it comes down to resources and time. At this stage poet doesn’t have enough of either to fulfill more than one customers needs. Get products into the market quickly and work from there. Maybe this tier 1 company supplies many end users, satisfying a number of verticals in the process
