OC, with all due respect, there is no rumor and what there is, is anything but "rampant" Cambridge unabridged dictionary defines rampant as "something bad getting worse quickly and in an uncontrolled way".

Not the case.

Fj speculated a few days ago "consider the attention that a HK POET listing would have".
