They have done this previously and it got us nowhere except a bit poorer.

An argument could be made that it got us to where we are now, but my argument would be as always, see the share price.

Once the share price makes a significant improvement the results of everything in the past can be argued to have been for the good of the company (it is understood that any tier 1 or tier 2 companies that POET is dealing with may have been discovered at that time, but again, see the share price).
