The talk over the past few days has brought up a new concern i had not even contemplated before. Right now if a company was to buy out Poet to get our OI even at todays share price would cost them approx $100 million.

Now if the Chinese wanted to fastrack our OI and scooped up Suresh for lets say a signing bonus of $10 million and a yearly salary of $10 million,who would not jump ship with an offer like that.With their very loose IP and patent laws i dont think we could do much at that point execept complain. Im sure he would be given unlimited money and resources to further the OI.

Lets be realistic ,if any of you would get an offer like that to do the same thing you are doing now but for a lot more money ,would you actually stay where you are.....

Remember,the Chinese dont seem to play by the same rules as the rest of the world
